Is there anything I should know before coming to my appointment?

Please come to your appointments with no face or eye makeup on, if you come with makeup on there will be a $5 cleasning fee. Please also try and avoid caffeine the day of your appointment.

Are you accepting new clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes I am! Please note a deposit of $40 is required for all clients. This is refundable up until 24 hours before your appointment.

Question 3

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give atleast 24 hours notice when cancelling. Also note, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we will have to reschedule.
 
Another $40 deposit fee will be required to reschedule.

Question 4

What is the difference between a full set and a fill?

In order to get a fill you must have atleast 40% of your lashes left. Please let me know before you come to your fill appointment if you dont have at least 40% of your lashes left, as I only have you booked in for a certain amount of time.
 
I suggest you come in for a fill every 2-3 weeks. Anything longer will be considered a full set.

Can I bring a friend to my appointment?

Unfortunately due to current COVID-19 precautions, guests are not allowed at appointments.

In order to keep things fair and consistent I do not offer refunds however I do offer free touch ups.
